Check in time is from 3pm and will be held at the Parque Santiago III reception, just across the road. If you arrive before this time, you can check-in and use hotel facilities. Once checked in we will ensure that your room key is handed in as soon as possible.
Check out time is at Midday (12pm).
We can only offer you a late check out if your apartment is not being occupied by another guest that day. Please check with reception regarding this on the morning of departure.
If a late check out is not possible, we offer an area to store your suitcases and a courtesy room so you can freshen up before catching your flight back home.
